1. Applicability

1.1 These General Betting Rules ("Rules") apply to all bets placed with sp8rts.io, unless otherwise specified for a particular sport or market.

1.2 In the event of conflict between these Rules and specific market terms, the specific terms will prevail.

2. Bet Acceptance

2.1 A bet is only valid once accepted and confirmed by our servers. Confirmation is provided in the user's betting history.

2.2 Bets cannot be altered or cancelled once accepted, except in the case of palpable error or as provided under these Rules.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.

3. Market Settlement

3.1 All markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the end of the event.

3.2 Where results are changed after the initial declaration (e.g., disqualifications), the original outcome will be used unless explicitly stated.

3.3 If an event is postponed or abandoned, the bet will remain valid for 48 hours. If not resumed within that period, bets will be void unless already determined.

4. Dead Heats

4.1 In the event of a dead heat (two or more selections share the same outcome), winnings will be divided proportionally based on the number of tied outcomes.

5. Voided Bets

5.1 A bet may be voided (stake returned) in the following cases:

• The event is cancelled or not completed within 48 hours
• Incorrect team/player listed
• Material error in odds or market terms
• Regulatory order or legal requirement

5.2 Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (even money) and the original stake is returned to the player's account.

6. Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.1 Minimum bet: equivalent of $0.10 in supported cryptocurrency

6.2 Maximum stake: determined dynamically based on market liquidity, risk exposure, and player profile

7. Maximum Payout

7.1 The maximum total payout to any one player in a 24-hour period is capped at $10,000 USD equivalent in cryptocurrency, unless pre-approved in writing. Progressive jackpots excluded unless stated otherwise.

8. Accumulator Bets (Parlays)

8.1 All selections must win for the accumulator bet to be successful.

8.2 If one leg of an accumulator is void, the bet will continue with adjusted odds (i.e., that leg removed).

9. In-Play Betting

9.1 In-play (live) bets are accepted while the event is ongoing. We use delays to reflect real-time event changes.

9.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reject live bets placed at incorrect odds or during material game events (e.g., red cards, penalties).

10. Rule Changes and Disputes

10.1 sp8rts.io may update these rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notices.

10.2 In the case of dispute, the decision of sp8rts.io is final. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Tobique Gaming Authority.

11. Responsible Play and Fair Use

11.1 All bets must be placed in good faith. Arbitrage, match-fixing, botting, and syndicate play are strictly prohibited.

11.2 Any breach of fair use may result in bet cancellation, account suspension, or permanent exclusion.
